Return Policy – Strongxsuri

At Strongxsuri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right. Please read our Return Policy below for detailed information about how to return items and what conditions apply.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items that meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products (such as skincare, makeup, or haircare items).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will assist you in processing your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for how to return the item.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package along with the original receipt or order confirmation.

  4. Shipping Your Return: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service, as Strongxsuri is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with the exchange process based on availability. If an exchange is not possible, you may choose to return the item for a refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Skincare Products (if opened)
  • Haircare Products
  • Makeup Items (if opened or used)
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale or Clearance Items

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping fees, at no additional cost to you.


6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. These products are usually heavily discounted or specially marked.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Returns: Unless the item is defective or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Free Returns: In the case of defective items or incorrect shipments, Strongxsuri will cover the cost of return shipping.
